Holiday Season order delay

The holiday season is always a busy time for everyone.

And while it's not a competition, we here at High on Chapel are extra busy, constantly active and often overwhelmed trying to manage both our retail and online stores throughout Christmas, NYE celebrations... And on top of all that: festival season is upon us.

(Just for the record, there's only 2 of us here, with 1 working at a time... Chaos!)

Therefore, please be aware that some online orders may be affected during this period. We will do our best to keep processing and shipping orders, as well as updating customers as required. However, there may be some delays, we apologise in advance for this, and can assure you- we are operating at maximum capacity to keep all systems operating! 

This isn't a cry for sympathy; call it a plea for patience. We love our customers and appreciate any and all of the business you provide us with. Thanks for your understanding.
