• How much does it cost?

Same Day Delivery utilises the Uber Package courier service for delivery. The price is determined by the Uber rates at the time of ordering, therefore may vary depending on where the package is being delivered.

 

• Are there any additional charges?

A small service fee may be added for large/complex orders, or during peak business times. This fee is at the discretion of the sales assistant fulfilling the order.

 

• When is this service available?

Same Day Delivery is available during our business trading hours:

Monday - Thursday 12 - 8pm

Friday - Saturday .12 - 10pm

Sunday 12 - 6pm

 

• Public holidays?

Same Day Delivery is available every day of the year (excl. Easter Weekend, Christmas, Boxing Day and New Years Day).

 

• Is tracking provided?

Yes. Once your driver has been confirmed, the Uber tracking link will be sent to you.

 

• How many delivery attempts are included?

One, depending on the driver's patience.

Once the package has been collected and tracking provided, the package delivery/drop-off becomes your responsibility. We recommend frequently checking the driver's location, and being outside to receive your package upon arrival.
